I went in side to order and there was a young man at the grill and he seemd to look stress well im setting here waiting on my food and i over hear the boy ask some one to stop throwing stuff on the gril he was ussing and the boy a copple of minutes later came out side and i asked him if he was ok and come to find out one of the managers ent that boy home for getting me and upset because the other person kept throwing stuff on the grill
Went to order some food and as i was waiting on the food i seen a young man standing by what i think is the grill and he seemd to be stressed then i over heard him say stop throwing stuff on the grill to some oneels i was i think the management needs to have the crew to stop goofing around the young man at the grill look very stressd
I'm here 2 sometimes 3 times a day, friendly crew and if your a regular they tend to know what you already want. If any improvements I'd suggest would to hire more of a crew that has to work rather then wants to work as in high school teens. The employee turn over rate here seems high, more so due to teens starting and quitting rather soon, and it constantly causes the to continue training new hires, that's the only thing I see to improve on, great management, the management team here takes there job seriously, which helps to have a great experience
I had a good experience here, the cashier was friendly and got my order out in a timely fashion. There is also a McDonald's App you can download to get deal on your purchases. Free fries Friday is one they have all the time.
The workers that take your money go right over to the fries and hamdle them. Touch them. Money is the most contaminated thing you can touch. Drugs urin. I think you get the point need to send undercover in.
