Or three pizzas because they text me saying pizzas for half price delivery was great it was on time they left I was having a pool party for 10 kids open the pizzas up and the chicken barbecue was great to hamburger pizza something was wrong with them they were not good kids wouldn't eat them so here I'm stuck with one pizza with about six eight slices and 10 kids at a pool party I called the pizza place they would not fix them they would not return them the guy would he try to sell me two more pizzas for 17 more dollars already had $30 in pizza now they want me to put 17 more that would have been $47 that was ridiculous I said no so I called the corporate office which that was no good either they transferred my name and number to the franchise owner never heard back from them here it is two or three days later I am still pissed about this I was Blastoise out on the Internet or whatever it takes about the Domino's on Hixson Pike in Hixson Tennessee not fixing the pizza or refunding it or replacing it my name is Rhonda Marshall I live on Daisy Dallas Road in Hixson Tennessee

Pizza was good delivery was horrible. I used to deliver when I was younger and I don't know if this is how you train but when someone gives you money you say or ask let me get some change don't just walk away. Not saying I wasn't going to tip. In all honesty you could have gotten more. But I promise you I will never get deliver again.
Their pizzas have been greatly improved, and they have gluten free crust available.
This location could use some serious training on Customer Service. My husband and I order on the app often and suddenly it was notifying us that "delivery is not available in our area." Off, considering we order MULTIPLE times a month (most recently 3 days ago). We called and we're treated extremely disrespectfully by a young girl who was short, seemed annoyed that she even had to answer the phone, cut us off and eventually disconnected the call before we got our question answered. We called back twice. Gave our address 6 (S.I.X.) times before she got it right. She told us they definitely do deliver to our house, but not if we order on the app (again, we ALWAYS do because you get a free pizza every 6 orders [ps - this is order #6 and should be free]). We ask to speak to a manager and the lady argues with us and tries to explain it again and take our order over the phone (WHERE ITS NOT FREE WHICH IS WHY WE'RE EVEN ORDERING TODAY). After finally speaking to a manager, she took $3 off, and said she'd "override" the delivery restrictions (THAT APPARENTLY DON'T EXIST). Needless to say, we didn't feel heard at all, were talked to disrespectfully, and paid for our pizza after we've ordered 5 in the past to obtain this "free" one. Very very frustrating!
